Oliver's Garden

Did you know Oliver was also an avid gardener? No kidding, his first word was actually tractor! He calls us in todo heavy lifting every once in a while, but this is his garden. He waters it daily and is a master at keeping the weeds at bay.

He tends to it tediously when he is not having fun at the beach. Right now he is in between winter harvest and spring planting so he lets a few of his favorite cover crops go crazy! His main cover crop is chick weed. Most people see it in their yard and think it is a weed, but they are absolutely delicious and full of nutrients. He is also very proud of his celery!
